
Here is an overview of work experiences, collaborations, opportunities and accomplishments Lars has made up to this point.

Work/Volunteer
From 2021-2023, Lars filmed and directed video productions for high school events, including football games, concerts, and ceremonies such as graduation.
In 2020 and 2021, Lars volunteered to produce content for the Washington Township Titans Travel Team, including highlights, interviews, and hype videos.
WTHS TV Production Assistant
After graduating in summer 2023, Lars continued volunteering with WTHS' TV Production Program, helping with editing, design, and mentoring students.
From March 2024–2026, Lars worked as a production assistant for the Garden State Film Festival, progressing to Lead Production Assistant in 2025. Responsibilities included filming social media highlights, managing screenings and volunteers, resolving technical issues, and supporting pre-production through content creation, live interview tech, and file organization.
Paid Collaborations
In 2024, Lars was hired by RW Concrete Artistry to film and edit a construction-process montage for the company's social media advertising.
In 2024, Lars was hired by the sports podcast Birds by a Yard to create a show intro and brand logo, while also assisting with filming and equipment research.
In 2025, Lars was hired by a local card show to film and edit interview segments and montages for social media advertising.
Awards/Accomplishments
In this program, Lars learned various film styles and studio production basics, from camera operating to tech directing, while hosting and producing segments for the school's morning show, Wake Up Township, and the talk show, Monthly Rewind.
In 2021, 2022, and 2023, three of Lars' films—Dare To Dream (2021), Bonds (2022), and The Inevitable (2023) were among 300 selected from thousands of submissions to premiere at the Garden State Film Festival.
In 2022, Lars' documentary, Bonds was recognized by the New Jersey School Boards Association and was premiered at the Atlantic City Convention Center for the NJSBA Workshop.
In 2025 and 2026, Lars' short films, Cereal Killer and UNSOLVED: The Cereal Murders were among 180 films selected from thousands of submissions to premiere at the Allentown Film Festival's Civic Theatre.
