Experience

Here is an overview of work experiences, collaborations, opportunities and accomplishments Lars has made up to this point.

Work/Volunteer

From 2021-2023, Lars would film and direct video productions at any event taking place at the high school. Whether that be filming, football games, concerts, or special ceremonies such as graduation.

In 2020 and 2021, Lars volunteered to produce content for the Washington Township Titans Travel Team. They would produce content such as highlights, team interviews, and hype videos.

WTHS TV Production Assistant

After Lars graduated in the summer of 2023, they would continue to volunteer their time to help WTHS' TV Production Program with anything they may have needed. From editing, designing, and even assisting students within the program.

From March 2024–2026, Lars worked as a production assistant for the Garden State Film Festival. In 2024, they filmed event highlights for social media, prepared screening venues, resolved technical issues, and supported fellow volunteers. In 2025, they were promoted to Lead Production Assistant, managing volunteer check-ins, submitting reports to the production coordinator, assigning tasks, and ensuring screenings ran smoothly. In 2026, alongside festival duties, they also worked in pre-production, helping create social media content and graphics, running tech for live filmmaker interviews, and organizing files.

Paid Collaborations

Regal Baseball Team

In 2022 and 2023, Lars was hired to produce hype videos for the final game of Regal's Baseball Team's season.

In 2024, Lars was hired by RW Concrete Artistry to create a montage that would be used for advertising purposes on the company's social media. Lars was asked to film each step of the building process on a project they were currently working on and edit together the footage to create the montage.

In 2024, Lars was hired by the sports podcast, Birdsbyayard to create an intro that would be played before every show and that would also be used as an overall source for introducing themselves and what they do. Lars was also in charge of assisting them with filming, logo making, and researching new equipment.

In 2025, Lars was hired by one of the local card shows, to film and edit short interview segments and montages featuring their show to help advertise on their social media pages.
